Gemini is committed to protecting your privacy. Customers have the option of setting up an account on our site which requires some personal information. This information will only be used to enhance your experience on our site and will never be sold to anyone.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please give us a call at 425 961 0741 so we can discuss the issue. We’ll evaluate the circumstances and do whatever we can to make it right. Weather and increased shipping traffic at certain times of the year can delay delivery and, unfortunately, is out of our control. We pack all of our boxes to hold for 48 hours, so if you’ve shipped overnight and your package is delayed a day, it should not be a problem. Again, if there are any issues with your package, please give us a call and we will evaluate the situation.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
All fresh/frozen seafood is shipped in a Styrofoam container with a cardboard overwrap with gel ice. All orders are packed to hold 48 hours so if your package is for some reason delayed a day in shipping, it should still be nice and cold when it arrives the second day.
All orders received by 1pm Pacific time will be shipped the same day Monday through Thursday for –Next Day orders and Monday through Wednesday for 2nd Day orders. Orders received after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. If an order is received after 1pm Thursday for Next Day orders or after 1pm Wednesday for 2nd day orders, it will be shipped the following Monday unless otherwise noted.
Ground shipments- Ground shipments take 5-7 days to all states except Oregon and Washington. If you are in any other state, we will not ship your product ground so please skip this option.
Oregon and Washington Customers- Ground shipping Monday through Thursday will be delivered next business day (weather permitting) and is substantially less expensive. This would be your recommended method of shipping.
Saturday delivery – please give us a call at 425 961 0741 if you would like to ship for Saturday delivery.
All orders received Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday unless otherwise specified
If you would like your order to ship on a specific date, please specify in the Notes section of your order.
