Our mission is simple: We pledge to offer the finest fresh, frozen, and live wild seafood from around the world. Our focus is on sustainable seafood stocks, contributing to healthier people as well as healthier oceans.
Jim has been in the seafood industry since youth. Starting in retail shops at the age of 16, he has spent his career in all aspects of the business from commercial smoking to large scale processing and all points in between. He’s one of those weird guys that just digs good fish and it shows in the quality he puts out for his customers. All of these years in the industry have afforded him invaluable contacts that supply him with the freshest seafood available year around.
Gemini has always prided itself on signature recipes that you cannot find anywhere else. From their succulent dips and spreads, to their world famous crabcakes and salmon burgers, to their Mustard Dill Halibut they are always trying to take it to the next level with new and exciting ready to eat and oven ready recipes.
In order to keep things fresh and new, Gemini has added the culinary expertise of Executive Chef Dave Gipson.
Dave has been a chef in the northwest for most of his career. Much of his time has been spent floating the icy waters of Alaska conjuring up mouth-watering recipes for the cold-water creatures of the deep that Gemini considers it’s signature.
